Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how personal data of visitors to our network of sites - slavin.pro, slavin.ai, slavin.org.il, slatech.co.il, slatech.ru (the "Sites") - is processed. The data controller is SLAtech LTD, a company registered in the State of Israel (reg. no. 515518926) (the "Company", "we").

By using the Sites and submitting data to us, you confirm that you have read this Policy.
1. Data we process
- Form data. When booking a consultation, subscribing to our newsletter or downloading materials: name, company name (if provided), email address and the content of your message.
- Analytics data. Anonymous or partly anonymised technical data: device and browser type, referral source, pages viewed, on-site actions and approximate region. For visitors from the EU/EEA the IP address is masked or hashed before processing.
- Chatbot data. The text of your messages in the embedded chatbot and technical session information.
- Technical logs and error data. Information about crashes and performance (including via Sentry), configured to exclude/mask personal data.
- Cookies and local storage. Session, analytics and functional records (see section 6 and the "Cookie settings" page).
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (health, political opinions, etc.); please do not submit such data through our forms.
2. Purposes of processing
- responding to enquiries and providing consulting services;
- sending you the newsletter and materials you requested;
- analysing and improving the Sites and measuring audience;
- ensuring security, stability and protection against abuse;
- complying with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
- Consent - for analytics and marketing cookies, the newsletter and the chatbot (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps - for handling your enquiries and delivering services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest - for baseline security, fraud prevention and technical logging (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Legal obligation - where required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
For visitors in Israel, processing is carried out under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended by Amendment No. 13, in force since 14 August 2025).
4. Recipients (third parties)
We use service providers acting as processors on our behalf:
- Google (Google Analytics 4) - web analytics; data may be processed on Google servers, including outside the EU/Israel, under Standard Contractual Clauses and Consent Mode.
- Yandex (Yandex.Metrica) - web analytics (on Russian-language Sites only).
- Sentry - error and stability monitoring.
- Our own analytics (api.slatech.co.il) - anonymised statistics; the IP address is masked/hashed.
- Hosting, email and anti-bot providers (including CDN/WAF).
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers are located outside your country of residence. The Company is based in Israel, recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Transfers from the EU/EEA rely on the adequacy decision or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (session, security, storing your cookie choice - always active), analytics and marketing cookies (loaded only after your consent). You can manage your choice at any time on the "Cookie settings" page. We honour the browser Do Not Track signal.
7. Retention
- Enquiry and consultation data - until consent is withdrawn, or 24 months after last contact - whichever is sooner.
- Newsletter subscription data - until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).
- Analytics data - within the retention period configured in the relevant services 14 months (the GA4 maximum).
- Technical logs and error data - up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data; to request correction or deletion; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent (without affecting processing before withdrawal); to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures (access control, encryption in transit, logging). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on the Sites; material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
